Setting and obtaining a goal is hard and you shouldn't have to do it alone. If you are wanting to set a goal and make a sustainable change in your life then join us for this 3-part series where we look at the nuts and bolts of how to implement a goal successfully.
We have all made New Year's resolutions, where we want to change a bad habit that has crept into our life and become problematic.
If every time you have tried to stick to a goal and found life has just got in the way then join us once a week for three weeks to really kick start your mindset and strive for your goal.
Each session is facilitated online over 1 hour where you will learn about the change process and why it is so hard. We will help you narrow down the goal you want, provide actionable steps for you to start today and have a plan for roadblocks that threaten to derail your efforts.
At the end of the three weeks, you will have the tools you need to start toward your goal. We will help you troubleshoot roadblocks to set you up for long term success.
This goal setting series is suited to people wanting to make a change, including but not limited to:
Improve sleep routine
Drinking more water
Starting a skin care regime
Reduce alcohol intake
Be more present with your family and friends

Week 1: Choosing the goal that's right for you and why it is so hard to change?
We discuss the complex nature of change and the underlying factors of why we change (needs, situational, environmental, etc). We explore your needs and values as being strong indicators to your level of success in the change process.
Week 2: Setting a goal requires a clear plan and implementation process.
It takes time, effort and conscious planning to implement goals into daily life, we look at the direct steps that need to be followed in order to establish the necessary changes. We discuss mindset (fixed v growth) and the impact this has on your change process and ability to overcome roadblocks.
Week 3: Overcoming roadblocks that threaten to derail implementation of our goals.
We need to allow ourselves some flexibility to change, adapt and refine along the way (growth mindset) and that creating change in our behaviour takes times, effort, support, revision and conscious choice. We discuss common roadblocks and ways to overcome these to achieve your goal.
