We understand that sometimes life throws us mutiple curve balls and while juggling all the things we can find ourselves stressed and overwhelemd. COVID-19 has presented some additional problems for our emotional wellbeing because the things we used to do to help reduce our stress like going to the gym or catching up with friends have been limited. Facilitated online over 1 hour you will learn to recognise when your stress response has been activated and how to cope when you are feeling overwhelemed.
We cover short term crisis management and provide in the moment stratergies to give you time to de-escalate and take action.
